DIVING
ATTRACTIONS
Diving expeditions
include two or three daily dives with free air or nitrox, diving weights,
and body gear. Water clarity is up to 150 feet and equipment for
underwater photography is available. No tides affect the region.
Diving conditions are uncrowded, and sites are unspoiled. Air temperatures
range from 65-85 degrees; water temperatures from 60-75 degrees.
SAFETY
FIRST
Your onboard Dive Master arranges all details of every dive, and selects
each group of five to six divers based on ability. Solo diving is
not available. Our expert local diving guides, familiar with
their region and its conditions, are trained in medical procedures and
first aid. Oxygen equipment is available onboard at all times, and
health care recompression facilities are within easy reach. Safety
procedures are always followed.
FACILITIES
AND CERTIFICATION
Our own custom designed crewed dive
boats bring divers to the site while the yacht waits nearby. Necessary
diving equipment
is available. Diving
training and certifications can be obtained during our cruises, and
for safety reasons obtaining diving insurance is highly recommended.
There are showers on deck and fresh towels for all. Snacks and drinks
are served all day.
