I've been writing
screenplays for close to fifteen years, and I'm still excited about it.
Each one is an intricate puzzle in myriad dimensions with unlimited possibilities.
Though small nuances of character, plot, subplot, dialogue, emotion, and
structure can have a huge impact on the final script, the real art is in
knowing when it's finished. Since that's usually after several rewrites,
a screenplay can be a work in progress for some time.
I've written nine screenplays
so far, and have taught a college class in screenwriting. I've had
some success in selling my work, (resume)
and I'm always on the lookout for producers (or others) with ideas they
want to develop. Feel free to browse through my site and read excerpts
from my work. In the future I'll be offering tips and advice on writing
screenplays and selling them.
